All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case that an item is listed incorrectly, Mantra Silver reserves the right to refuse the sale and may offer the items again at with the correct information.
Our Jewellery is sold in pristine condition and like all precious metals are susceptible to damage if care is not taken to wear and look after it correctly. We recommend removing all jewellery, especially pieces with gemstones in the following situations to avoid damage:
Pools or Saunas
Whilst cleaning with harsh chemicals such as Bleach
Whilst sleeping to avoid tangling or damage of delicate chains etc
Online returns are eligible for exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of order delivery. This is separate from our retail store return policy, where returns are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
The goods must be in their original packaging, free from any signs of wear, damage, or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new.
Special orders, custom jewellery, personalised pieces and earrings of any kind are not eligible for return under any circumstance.
FORMS OF PAYMENT:
Jewellery orders that have been personalised are exempt from returns or exchange since they are a totally one of a kind, bespoke pieces of jewellery that have been custom made especially for you.
When ordering a personalised piece, please be sure that the wording/spelling is exactly as you want it to appear on the piece as mistakes cannot be amended once we have handcrafted the piece. Our personalisation is added one letter at a time by hand stamping, not done by a machine. There may be imperfections which is part and parcel of having something hand stamped and adds to the character of our pieces.
We offer free postage within the UK on all orders over £100 which includes tracking and insurance.
The majority of our jewellery is made to order and different pieces carry various processing times which can be seen on the individual item’s description. Longer lead times include the process of being sent away for Hallmarking where required.
Any items that are listed as in stock are ready to ship and will be posted within 1-2 business days. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays. Postage rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase. We ship worldwide with full tracking.
Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your order.
We ship internationally with full tracking and costs are calculated at checkout. Mantra Silver is not responsible for customs fees or taxes incurred from importing goods – these are payable by recipient upon delivery should they occur. We ship our Jewellery fully insured and listed at full retail value on the customs label.
Please ensure the address given is correct at checkout. If a package is denied entry by customs or sent to the wrong address and returned to us, we will refund the cost of the item, but shipping charges are not refundable.
We take your privacy very seriously at Mantra Silver. We do not sell nor share any personal data collected with any outside agency or organisation other than as necessary to complete your business transactions (such as credit card processing or shipping address).
We may at times send you information about sales, specials offers and other exciting news. You may opt out of such contact by unsubscribing at any time. Your newsletter preferences can also be managed upon signing into your account.
